Scheduling

• Jobs are scheduled based on booking on a first-come, first-served basis

Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of service.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

• Personal checks will not be accepted. Business checks may be accepted for commercial jobs with prior approval.

Pre-Existing Damage

• Before starting any job, we inspect and document the property (including photos if needed).

• J’s Mobile Pressure Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, paint, or landscaping.

Weather & Rescheduling

• If weather prevents us from safely completing a job, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

• Customers may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If any area was missed or not up to standard, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it.
